APA Standard
It takes about 6 minutes walk from Keisei Ueno Station to the hotel. Across the road there is a family mart and numerous food and restaurants. There is an artificial onsen on 15/F.
The lift service are too busy during 9:50 to 10:30 that it is impossible to take the lift down. The temperature is too difficult to adjust and humidifier is needed. The price is a bit too high.

Good because it has free movie to compensate.
Free p**n, good location, surrounded with a lot of good food
Rooms too small. Check out time 10am is too early, if you are saying that you are lack of manpower to clean up the room for next guest, then you should hire more staff to support for your good “business”

Good Ueno option
helpful staff, clear information on signage, efficient room layout and useful extras like kettle and tea, bathroom supplies, clock with thermometer, all light switches can be operated while still in bed, very quiet in room, able to open window, great location for the station and food outlets
my main issue which has occurred across other hotels too is that the room a/c temperature is stifling and I can't turn it down . seems to be a cultural difference.
